Part-Time Café & Restaurant Assistant – Mom’s Kitchen Mom’s Kitchen is looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-oriented part-time team member to join our friendly café and restaurant team in Östermalm, Stockholm. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional service. Preparing and serving food and beverages. Handling payments and operating the cash register. Processing online takeaway and delivery orders. Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation throughout the restaurant. Assisting with food preparation and daily restaurant operations. Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service. What we are looking for: A positive, friendly, and professional attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. The ability to work independently and take initiative. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods. A willingness to learn and contribute to the team. Language Requirements: Good communication skills in English are required. Swedish is an advantage but not essential. Previous Experience: Previous café or restaurant experience is beneficial but not required. We value motivation, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.
