Dress designer (South Asian Clothing)

About the role

We are looking for a talented and experienced stitching and embroidery tailor who specializes in Indian and Pakistani traditional clothing. If you have a strong eye for detail and experience working with South Asian styles, we would love to hear from you! Work Tasks / Responsibilities: Design and develop customised party dresses and other special-occasion clothing according to customer requirements. Create sketches and design concepts for dress styles, colours, fabrics, details and decorations. Work with different decorative techniques, including beadwork, sequin work, embroidery, lace details and other embellishments. Make adjustments and improvements to designs based on fittings, samples and customer feedback. Meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent workmanship Requirements: Proven experience in South Asian tailoring Strong embroidery skills (hand or machine) Ability to understand designs, patterns, and customer requests Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and take responsibility Employment: Full-time position Competitive salary Will be covered with collective agreement As soon as possible Öppen för alla Vi fokuserar på din kompetens, inte dina övriga förutsättningar.
