The ideal candidate combines technology depth, enterprise consulting experience, commercial thinking, and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities * Define and execute the company’s Technology, Data & AI strategy. * Build enterprise capabilities around Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Platforms, Cloud and Automation. * Lead global teams across AI, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, SAP and Cloud. * Work directly with CIOs, CTOs and business leaders to shape and deliver transformation programs. * Build new technology offerings, accelerators and products from idea to commercial scale. * Support strategic sales, partnerships and expansion across Europe. * Establish strong engineering, architecture and AI governance standards. Candidate Profile * Senior technology leader, technology entrepreneur or consulting executive. * Minimum 4 years of prior technology/management consulting experience in the Nordic market, with strong understanding of Nordic enterprise customers and business culture. Overall 20+ years of experience required. * Strong background across Data & AI, enterprise architecture, cloud, SAP and modern software engineering. * Demonstrated experience building and scaling technology teams and capabilities. * Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting enterprise sales and customer relationships. * Comfortable moving between boardroom strategy, customer engagements and hands-on technology decisions.
